• Rates do not include Riding Passes for The Badlands - See Ultimate Riding Band

   Daily Rate (For 4 people) - $225 + taxes & fees per night

   

     *Holidays & events may have increased minimums and rates.

Extra Person Rate - $30 per person per night + taxes & fees

Payment in full is required to reserve this unit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

At check-in, a $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card to be applied toward any damages incurred to the house during your stay. Deposits are released within 7 business days of cleaning & inspection.
